The staff here are fantastic-always willing to go the extra mile. Product knowledge is also excellent and if they don't know something they won't stop until they find out. We went to a fun day they had on the weekend and the kids had a fantastic time. The staff were dressed up and having a great time. It was fantastic.

I had been looking for some very hard to find books and had been to several bookstores trying to locate them - including Borders. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The manager managed to locate all of the books I had been looking for and rang me as soon as they were available. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful.
