We've been entrusting our beloved dog to Animal World Pet Resorts for a while now, and I can't express how grateful we are for the exceptional care our furry family member receives. From the moment we walk in, it's evident that the staff at Animal World are not just professionals; they're genuine animal lovers. Our dog seems to sense it too – she wags her tail with excitement the moment we arrive, a sure sign that she considers it a home away from home. :)

They bunked my girl with another dog in her luxury suite after I requested her own.
My girl has only ever been around one other dog, so it was important that she have her own room which is what I paid the extra for.
I have spoken to them to discuss my concerns and her reply was well we trial them out in the play yard together first.
I informed her that is quite different from a play yard for 30-60mins to spending all night in a room with another dog and what if my girl had bitten the other dog or vice versa.
I was not even sure her bag of blankets and toys had been pulled out which I took for her to help keep her calm.
My girl suffers from anxiety which I informed them off prior to her drop off.
I had taken all her own food as she is on calming food so that I knew she would be okay although she didn't eat anything at all.
I picked her up and she couldn't get out of there fast enough.
Yes it was her first time staying away but it took me a long time to find a place that I felt comfortable with,
Erika assured me she would be well looked after and said all the right things to assure me she would be safe and treated like the princess in the princess room and this did not happen although they told me they had the tv on for her overnight as that is what we do at home, but did it happen I don't really know.
I might add that when i did drop her off I was greeted by a lady that was not warm and friendly. and I still continued in the door. I asked if I could make her room up and she no we don't allow that so I told her how she liked her bedding and she looked at me and said yep, we will do that, but I was not confident in her words.
My gut then told me to turn around and turn back but I thought I was overreacting as it was her first time and continued home.
Looking back, I should have turned back and taken her home.

My pet always gets the best care and the staff are always friendly. I have referred many people in the past and they say the same things.

Staff were super kind & welcoming. We have been concerned to leave Meika in the past, however we are very confident to leave her with you. Thanks.

I love receiving the email while I'm away to let me know how he is. The staff are always so friendly. My dog has stayed multiple times in the luxury suite as he has a thick coat. I recommend animal pet resort to all my friends. Great place to leave your treasured pet.

It was Nala's first stay(only 6 months old) Ralph has stayed before and is always happy to stay! Both were very well looked after & the updates shared with us while they were there showed they were happy during their stay. We will be back! Thanks.

Max has the best time when he is in your care & we feel very comfortable that he is being looked after so well.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Jazz well cared for and although she was happy to come homes I know she had a wonderful time with everyone.
