I had a minor issue with the cello spike end and semi hard case which they fixed on the spot!!

This is the best service I have ever received. Dietrich went above and beyond to provide a fantastic experience, providing a beautiful instrument for our daughter and delivered it himself to be sure it would arrive on time. Highly recommend the quality, price and service.
