One of my all time favourite icecream shops . I have been going here since they opened back in the eighties and it has always been a regular place to visit when I go back to Bathurst, a great business and its a credit to them that they have been around for this long in a town thats quite cold for half the year!

A great Bathurst business. Absolutely delicious ice-cream, quick service. Eat in or takeaway. Annie's is also conveniently located - just across the road from Machattie Park/Kings Parade. They have lots of choices, not just ice-cream either.

Rich creamy home made ice cream with lots of flavours. Gluten free choices & tubs of ice cream are available. Rocky road & sofala gold are the best. When my adult kids come back to visit Bathurst, a visit to Annie's is mandatory.

Used to live in Bathurst and made this place a regular. Went back for visit last week and had a glorious time seeing the updated furnishings and noting the particular new bits like gluten free and flavours and bases for ice creams that have been added. This is not just a place for summer. Lots of delicacies that will warm your bones. Just over from park and so lovely to camp there with your grand kids or just a happy couple who want something simple but so pleasant.

Approximate cost: $3 upwards

Any visitors, or locals for that matter, have to try Annie's. It has long been an icon in our town. Even have gluten free products!

This is a unique ice cream parlor which has a great atmosphere and amazing ice cream. Sofala Gold is a MUST. I love the 1950's feel, with the pictures of the greats like James Dean, Elvis and Marilyn Munroe. The staff are lovely and the scoops of ice cream are huge.
The worst thing about Annies is once you have tried it, its unlikely you will ever be able to go back to ordinary supermarket ice cream.

It has really good quality. The names of the ice creams are all closely tied to well known local places. They are really nice home made ice creams. It gives a good sense of nostalgia.

The only thing is that everything is decorated pink. It looks like a 50's (Elvis era) ice cream parlor in hot pink.

We called in for ice creams on a hot summer day. The Sofalla Gold was great as was the choc mint ice cream.

All the ice cream's are made on site. They serve them in either a cone or plastic tub.

An excellent little ice cream parlour. They have discounts for students which is a plus as well. It is very reasonably priced and you get a giant amount of ice cream for what you pay. They also do amazing milkshakes. Great guys!

Approximate cost: $4.00
