I've used this gym as a casual a few times now and I really like it. Staff are very friendly and helpful, equipment is good and I like the fact you can go there any time.

Excellent, i live down the road from this club and had kept telling myself id go in soon. I finally did it - the staff were extreamly helpful showed me everything in the club sat down had a chat with me didnt force or pressure me to sign anything they let me have a think and they went and did there own thing then came back to me - i felt like i belonged here, and i cant believe i put it off for so long!!!
I got a program done this was with a personal trainer so i got to ask him loads of questions as well and a free training book, the beauty of this club is that its 24hrs!!! so i can train anytime and anyday no hassels at all i get to go in WHEN i want plus if i travel i can train at 1000 of other clubs really cheap for 24hrs only 13.83 a week. this place is definatley a 10 out of 10 no hesitation in reccomending to anyone and everyone
