Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Stay away!! Do your homework and read reviews! Worst experience I have ever had with a removalist company. Ask for 50% and before they deliver they double the quoted price and if you don't want to pay they refuse to deliver your goods. Hired people from Gumtree to move your furniture. Came to my house without blankets and or trolleys. Take no responsibility for damage goods. I'm sure if you investigate all the good reviews on this site is fraudulent. Very bad experience with them.

This company is a scam. DO NOT USE!!!

Apex where do I start, what a messy unorganised and fraudulent bunch these people are. long story short they could not do the job for the quoted amount, they told me this the night before removal day even though they had weeks to notify me of this previously. They asked for double the amount. I requested a full refund of $1163.70 to this day I have not gotten a cent just been dragged on and on. I contacted fair trading of which Apex have not responded to their emails. [Removed name] from RM legal did contact me however after questioning him he stopped replying to my emails . Turns out RM Legal according to a current affair is not a legitimate company its owned by...you guessed it Apex logistic solutions.
I'm still waiting for my full deposit to be returned

Avoid this company at all costs. Like other poor reviews, and the people documented on A Current Affair, we had a very similar experience: The truck, a hired taut liner, turning up a day and a half late, arriving at 16:10 so packing went on well into the dark. Not a proper removals van at all with no equipment, rugs, strap etc (driver and offsider admitted they had only been assigned to the job that day and had had to stop off to buy some drop sheets and four straps....only four). We provided rugs and quilts etc. to pack furniture, and portable lamps so the workers could see in the pit dark. Once all was packed, we received a phone call, at 22:15, demanding us to pay balance plus an additional invoice to cover expected unloading time or the driver would be told to stop. We paid the next day. To date, no refund of the hours not used has been forthcoming, despite numerous emails and phone calls to 'staff' who seem to stall and delay. Unloading took a lot less then estimated, as the driver told us. I pity the poor contractors who work for this 'company' as they seem to have to tolerate unreasonable working conditions. All in all, we got off lightly, only $567 out of pocket with our goods delivered (despite a few marks, scuffs etc) which is only due to the driver and helper's hard work. Thanks to this 'company' aka excuse for a removals company, we were a day and a half behind schedule which entailed paying for more temporary accomodation ($150 per day) so we could clean our house and hand back the keys to the estate agent (who were very understanding). Apart from this review, and the one on other review sites, I have been using good old fashioned word of mouth and hopefully it's only a matter of time before this one 'enterprise', part of small but incompetent 'empire' (see related media reports) is unable to prey on other trusting consumers.

Please do not use this dodgy company they are using contractors picked from Airtasker that have never had any experience in removal, they also don’t pay employees so don’t ever work for them. I assure you save yourself and don’t use these incompetent people.

Absolutely a phenomenal removals company to deal with. They took their commitment very seriously. We booked them to relocate from Bundy to Ballina. There was unprecedented floodin situation between NSW and QLD. Most of the major roads were flooded. They were very informative and communicative. They informed us of the delay associated with the flooding situation via email shortly after it happened. They did everything to mitigate the inconvenience! The proposed transporting partial goods to us in the first run so We won't sleep on the floor! We were more than happy to share the space with other people who were in a similar situation to us! Thanks very much for their effort and good gesture!

We used Apex for transporting a couple of cabinets from Hervey Bay to Melbourne. There is one piece that needs at least 3 people to load and unload at each end. We didn't expect the delivery within 3 days because we had booked a backloading service. Everything went just as perfectly as it could be. Thank you for your help!

We booked Apex several months ago. My move was postponed twice because of unexpected misfortune of a family member. I chose to stay until things get better. They were very sensible and reasonable. They understood my situation and kept following up.. I managed to move recently.. Words could not express my gratitude at all..

We had to move interstate from Brisbane to Perth. And we were quite flexible with dates so long it can be done before our settlement date (Booked the service 6 weeks ago). Apex quoted us a very reasonable price because they paired us with another customer moving from Perth to Brisbane. It is almost 45 hours trip. They surprised us a lot as they delivered the goods a day earlier than we had expected.

Worst company i ever dealt with.
Took the money upfront and picked up goods after weeks of promised date.
Broke and damaged things in transit and not answering.

We wanted to transport a bunkbed from Rockhampton to Brisbane. The bed was picked up in the late afternoon. And it was delivered in the following day. The delivery took place way beyond our expectation. Best courier experience we have had so far!

It is our pleasure to deal with Apex! We booked Apex for transporting our belongings from Dubbo to Geelong. Everything went smoothly. They were communicative and responsive about our queries. We did not have a house to move in when we booked Apex. The team told us it won’t be an issue at all so long we could keep them updated about any changes. And they offered a reasonable price because we booked a month ahead. The reason why we chose Apex was not purely out of economical perspective. It was their elasticity in resources which well accommodated our demands.

The movers came around midday as requested. They professionalism was demonstrated in their prompt performance. First thing at the arrival was to take photos of everything. One of the movers was obviously more experienced than the other. Apologies! I AM NOT GOOD AT MEMORIZING NAMES! He guided the whole process such as how to utilise the space more efficiently and how to organise different items to avoid friction.

In regards to the delivery, we required them to store our goods for one more week as we were still in the process of exchanging formalities with our real estate agent. They phoned us at 10 pm to update about the arrangement. In all, they are honest and upfront problem solvers!

5 stars to their value added services.
We hired Apex for transporting 2 racing simulator from Melbourne to Adelaide. They team organised an inspection to the warehouse to get an estimate of the dimensions before we committed to using their service.
We were informed all the way about when the simulators were collected, when the truck left for Adelaide, and when the delivery would take place.. You can rest assured if you use their service!

Reliable removals choice! It was a bit of tricky job. I needed them to pickup some stuff stored in the container in Townsville for a long time and get them delivered to ACT. And I wanted to vacate the container. The removalists showed up at the container and organised a video conference with me. They showed me around and asked my instructions about what to keep. Very professional! When they are on the way to ACT, I told them that they needed to go to my mom's place to pick up some items as well and I was willing to pay however long it would take. Thanks so much for their help.

We used Apex 6 months ago for moving from WA to SA. It was such a satisfactory! There was no hesitation in choosing to use Apex again, from SA to TAS. We had a wonderful user experience! They had organised a video inspection before we made the booking cause we were not sure about whether the same size of truck would suffice this time! Everything is all good!
BTW, thanks so much for taking care of our little Tess while we could not take her with us on the road!

My classmate gave their number to me. I was shopping around because I was not sure of whether they can do it or not at the beginning because it was just a small courier job. So I posted the job on Oneflare as well, just in case! I rang them before they quoted me..They gave me the price very quickly.
I was urgently in need of transporting my Cello from my home in Brisbane. They offered me a backloading service as it would be transported as a part of a big consignment. I was totally fine with that so long it could be delivered on time! I had an event to attend in the next couple of weeks.. They picked it up from my moms place and got it delivered to my apartment in Melbourne promptly. Thinking I was lucky because they had a truck coming back from Cairns to Melbourne on my preferable date! I will keep them in mind for future removals needs as well! I will give 6 out of 5 stars :)

We hired Apex to move us from Calala to Narrabri. We needed to get it sorted ASAP as my partner was going to start a new job in Narrabri. We were so stressed because he received the offer in a very short notice. It was definitely one of the most hectic days for us. Plus, I have a baby to look after.. Apex took our request seriously! Two removalists came in the early morning to help us with packing, loading the truck. They were prompt and fast. Services they delivered at both ends were factored in the price we had paid for! Lastly, I want to compliment their resourcefulness. Heaps of thanks for going out of the way to help us! We lived fairly rural small town, and our removals query was rejected by most of the removals companies we had contacted...

I recommend Apex for interstate removals service to everyone! Our family used their service for relocation from Regency Downs to Hobart. The team was responsive in every aspect it could be. We wanted to postpone the move because of unexpected family issue. They accommodated our request with good gesture and considerations. We appreciated all the efforts they made to help our family in difficult times! The boys who came to help were really professional and communicative. They gave suggestions about the most efficient/space saving way to transport all the goods...They checked everywhere to see whether we had left something behind before they left..

It was really reassuring that we chose Apex for transporting our goods from Melbourne to Townsville. The agent who we had been engaging was really thorough and professional. We were informed that there were two options: sharing a truck with someone else & hire a whole truck. We decided to go ahead with the whole truck. We were very satisfied with the service they provided! :)

Our move had been postponed a few times because of the pandemic related shutdowns and I was eager to have my goods moved to Sydney (from Adelaide) as soon as the borders reopened. Apex logistics solutions collected the goods at short notice and delivered them within 3 days. Their fees was reasonable, I would have happily paid much more.

We hired their service for transporting our household furniture and vehicle from Adelaide to Sydney. It was a company relocation, Apex was one of 8 quotes we had received. After consideration, I had submitted three quotes (Apex was one of them) to my manager for review. Apex was chosen in the end! The team was extremely patient with us because the review process took almost 3 weeks.. Btw, they gave a very competitive price for a stress free service! All my belongings and vehicle were delivered as they were used to be.

We hired Apex to transport our possessions from Perth to Adelaide. I would like to thank the team for all the efforts they had made to make it happen. The border was closed after we posted the job. We were so unsure of whether we could move across the borders when the government made the announcement. There were heaps of uncertainties! However, they not only instructed you to apply for border passes, but also talked you through the whole process of how the industry works. You would be so reassured after talking to them. We were informed beforehand that there might be delays due to the border closure. And we totally understood the challenges in relation to this unprecedented crisis... We will recommend Apex team to everyone!

We booked Apex for moving my mom locally in Brisbane. We required packing service as my mom lives on her own. They prepared a comprehensive list of packing material beforehand (My mom has quite a lot china). The packers came early in the morning with materials. They categorised the fragile items by shape, size and utility... Very professional! We told them that we were happy to pay however long it would take as those items have high sentimental value to my mom.. They understood what they needed to do! We acknowledged their work ethics with many thanks!

I have used their service a few times now. They have helped my family relocate to a few places, some of them very remote. They have always managed to move around my schedule, even during lockdowns. They were able to move our vehicles and pets. They were very thorough and kept us updated all along the way. We could rest easy knowing that they were moving our goods. I appreciate their commitment to their work.

Quite satisfied with the service that I received. The machine was delivered almost within the snap of a finger. Apex would be on my the top list of options in the consideration of moving house! 1. They took considerably care during the transition. They asked me whether I need packing service when I made the enquiry.. 2. They phoned the vendor prior to the collection of the machine.. The vendor needs at least 3 hours notice before the arrival... They handled it well enough! Could not be more thankful for the work they did!
