Staff made such horrible comments to my fiancé
Made us feel very uncomfortable, my fiancé has been a very big part of this family and we were absolutely disgusted..
the price they are asking for the photos is ridiculous!
We had much better quality photos taken with a different company , the photographer was nice and we felt welcome
I DO NOT recommend appealing images.
The photos on the camera looked beautiful and they also looked gorgeous when we went back for the viewing but was NEVER worth the $2000 + they were going to charge!!
I have since been ignoring their calls and they have finally given up

I cant Review about the Photo But I think My daughter who is 11 and my dog who is 2 years of age had a great day .Yes there is a lot of rules and regulations as to the Magical Garden but this is his photo shooting canvas so he has to make sure its is kept at its best Grant himself is s Bit Full of Jim self but he will gladly admit he loves himself .The photos I saw on Grant Camera were magic I have a daughter who is not photo genie and a very nervous Dog but he was great with both off them and I cant wait to see the pictures My daughter won this $350.00 voucher at the pet fest

I recently attended a session after winning a voucher in a competition, I was really excited about this. I wasn’t going to write a review but after reading the exact experiences that I had had (only after my session), I needed to inform others.
My experience - unpleasant and not worth the trip. The photos are not of a good quality and definitely do not to justify the cost being asked. I have decided not to return to look at the photos as I felt just too uncomfortable of my dealings with the photographer and the overall experience. I have been to professional photographers before so able to compare. My learnings:
• Photographer engagement and attitude: The photographer was rude and as other people have said, spends the entire session telling you how fantastic he. The photographer has a special seat allocated to him in the lounge room and wasn’t around upon arrival. I was advised by[Redacted due to mentioning name] that the photographer would be with me shortly. When he did arrive it was almost as though he made a grand entrance due to his superiority. Very strange. Other than spending the time telling me how amazing he was and making me feel so uncomfortable, he was also belittling making comments about my dog and whether they had gone to puppy school as he wouldn’t lie down and was frustrated at the dog for this during photos.
• Location setting/do not walk in the wrong spot: The location is in a house and in the garden (also referred to as a movie set) was gorgeous, although I was on strict orders where my dog could and could not go. I felt I was on edge the whole time if my dog walked in the wrong spot. There were so many rules. The one spot my dog was allowed to walk or sit on was on the dust and dirt. I was then asked to pick him up from there to have photos as wasn’t allowed on the grass. I was filthy and my dog was filthy. I also kept being asked throughout if my dog had gone to the toilet, being accused throughout the session… I was constantly being asked to pull my dog back if he moved a cm...
• Quality of photos: The quality of the photos on display DO NOT justify the cost – amateur is the best way to describe them. I have had photos done before cheaper and the quality was much much better! I was reminded throughout the session how other photographers take too many photos to get the right shot and they only take a few (I’m not sure I saw the camera settings being changed at all). I think the effort isn’t taken on the initial photo but effort is on the photoshopping afterwards. The photographer also mentioned to me about another customer who had similar views to mine and that he didn’t worry about their opinion as he was going to keep their Jake Russell photos for his website.
• For the love of it or not: The photographer advised that most of his business is animal photos. I found that really confusing as he was not interested in my dog at all and the location did not seem to cater for them… I was also asked not to bring the dog back on the next occasion. I have no problem with that by any means, the way it was asked wasn’t because you would be inside, but that they didn’t want the dog to come back. Again, I’m a dog person but I get others aren’t but that is your business…

Just picked up our family pics & am thrilled with how they turned out!! Well worth the money and wait. It's definitely an art piece we'll look fondly on and cherish. I'm sure we'll be back to get more in the future. Ps garden is amazing! You can tell Grant has put a lot of time and effort into creating a magical setting.

We had a wonderful time with the kids in the secret garden. It is beautiful and we cant wait to see our cherished children amongst the amazing scenery.

Lovely experience, friendly and welcoming, very experienced especially maintaining attention of our puppy and grabbing talented shots. Definately recommend experience/service to other friends/family.

I picked up our photos yesterday and was absolutely thrilled with them. I had also organised a photo for my parents and they were so impressed it was framed and on their wall that day. In our home, I prefer photos as our art works on the wall and this was no exception. It was a piece of art. The pictures were not forced like you see in studio photos. It was just the kids absorbing a truly magical environment. Grant was amazing with our boys, 1 and 3, who struggle to sit for more than a second and just had a way of making them feel comfortable and capturing them when they were just being themselves. The boys keep pointing at the pictures, and particularly loved and remembered the crocodile in one of their shots. I can't rate this experience highly enough, nor the quality of the shots. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high level of quality and art. Tanya

We just picked up our pictures today and as before we are taken back to that moments that we enjoyed and we know we are going to remember and talk about for the rest of our life, we have an amazing experience and enjoyed our time. this is not your typical studio photo session and its good that its not because my boys cant stop talking about it, they were so excited and the greatest thing is they remember the whole experience months after... good on you .Grant and thanks for that beautiful photo session experience. We are very excited to show our photos off in our home for all our friends and family to see...
