I had trouble with my iPhone, it did not respond to charging or would not start. I walked in the store without an appointment but was seen to almost immediately. I left the phone with them for about an hour for a technician to look at and when I returned they confirmed that the phone could not be repaired and replaced it with a new one, and took the time to help set up and transfer what I have saved to the new phone. As much as I was disappointed my original phone died they did the right thing with giving me a new one, so very impressed.

My sons iPad wasn't working so brought it into apple store. First time we went in we were told we needed to make an appointment which we could do in the store on one of their computers and went back 3days later for our appointment .
. Service was very friendly knowledgeable and as it was still under warranty item was replaced immediately .
