The guy at Applecations really knows what he's doing. A quick check on my defective Mac and he was able to pinpoint the problem right there and then. The service was delivered promptly and my laptop was immediately back to normal.

Kim replaced the hard-drive and upgraded the operating system of my 2007 MacBook laptop. Excellent service at great price. Upgrade done quickly and results excellent. Kim was very quick to respond to my initial contact and happy to set date to suit me. Well worth the trip from Bendigo (where Apple service is not available!!) to Ballarat. Will recommend to any Apple users.

This is the third time I've gone to Applecations and while I have nothing else to compare it to, I won't be going anywhere else next time. Kim is very prompt, professional and reasonably priced and I appreciate his sharing of expertise and teaching me something new each time. The services I have accessed include replacing the hard drive and upgrading the operating system on my 2008 MacBook, both of which have been performed quickly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to life without a computer! I have already recommended Applecations to a number of people in Ballarat and have no hesitation in doing so - thanks Kim!
