I have purchased all my Appliances from Appliance Giant. Each time delivery has been booked and delivered within 2 business days. The customer service has been nothing but amazing and the delivery drivers has always done a top job!

Ordered an oven and heater recently and they provided great customer service. The products came very quickly, the team communicated well with me and they contact me regarding my items the following day. Very happy with my products and the service here.

I ordered a Kenwood food mixer in December 2021 which took several months to arrive. When it did arrive it was faulty and they said take it to be repaired.
After many phone calls and emails they agreed to replace it.
It was finally delivered end of April.
Advice don’t go there with this company

I have ordered a codeless phone. Now it has been 15days I still haven't received the item, or any messages for the delay. I called them and waited for 30min before they said the lines are busy and leave a message. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered a brand new LG 65 inch TV on 11th of August. I waited long and made me think and worry if they were legit. I was told there was an issue with the original model I purchased so they had to change it to the latest model 2021 but I did not pay an extra. Though it was delivered to my home not until the 2nd of October but despite of the long wait I am happy of the price I have purchased for this TV as Appliance Giant has the lowest price in the market and I'm so lucky to have an upgraded model too with no extra cost.

I would never , recommend anyone purchasing from Appliance Giant. If you have a faulty item , they will not refund you or give you a credit, which by the ACCC they are entitled to. Instead you have to a have an exchange. What a load of rubbish. Stay away from this company. Do not provide customer service if something goes wrong.

I ordered and paid for a R/C air conditioner on 18th May as their online advertising offered free delivery in 4 days. It is now 9th June, 23 days later, and it still has not arrived. Not Happy Jan!

I emailed Appliance Giant on May 2nd asking them to price match (as per their price match policy) and had no response apart from the generic email “We have received your request and a ticket has been raised. We will be in contact soon”
May 7th, STILL no response so I emailed again. I received the same generic email and today is May 12th, 2020 and AGAIN still no reply.
I would definitely NOT purchase anything from this company if they can’t be bothered getting back to me!
