I rang quite late in the afternoon to report my dishwasher was not working, Brad was there the next morning early, fixed, paid no worries, Great Service and did not rip the pensioner off, and a female to boot, highly unusual in my experience as a widow. Hi, Brad come on time, diagnosed the problem in less than a minute and had new part in within minutes. He ensured that the LG washing machine was running in perfect condition, and gave me the time for any questions I had, plus showed me the cause of the problem which was a burnt out pump. Price was right for his time and the part and would diff refer this business to others.
