Appliances Online

This is a very unprofessional business. I initially purchased a Bosch fridge and exchanged it for another fridge within my 14 day refund period. The new fridge was less expensive and still waiting for my refund (it has been almost 2 weeks). I have called several customer service agents and all tell me it has not been scanned into the warehouse yet. Excuses after excuses. I want my money back! Yes they offer cheap prices but at your personal expense. Where is my money?!?

This is my 3rd purchase from them, a fridge this time, did my research and found they were the cheapest and in stock, it arrived the next day, unfortunately there was a small dent on the side of one of the doors I pointed out. Deliveryman called the office and arranged a replacement then and there, another new fridge arrived the next day in perfect condition. They took away the broken old fridge free service. I can't recommend this company enough.

Recently bought a washing machine from them. They delivered the NEXT day!

Their price is better than any other retails and retails need few days to send with one need me to travel there to place deposit.

Best of all, the delivery service is the best. The waiting period is 2 hrs unlike others asking you to wait at home from 4hr to 8hr. They even send you text and email when there is delay! Thumbs up!!!

After 2 weeks research and comparing washing machines I finally found a great priced washer that I wasnt sure of the brand so researched it and decided this one was for me esatto 7 kg for $403 was impressive for an italian brand.
Appliances online was so easy to order,pay by paypal for extra assurance. receipt recieved in minutes in my email.
Txt to say drivers will ring me next day for delivery which they txt early saying between 10/11 am. I had the old washer all ready for them to take away,rang me at ten saying be here in an hr,showed up in half an hr, efficent guys,wheeled my old machine out whilst the other guy unboxed the new one in the driveway. All in all everything was done in 15 min. Really happy with my purchase,was a 7 kg machine for a great price and extra warranty under the care package.guys were friendly,purchase was effortless. I do love how the appliance online site have a video as well to show the item,thats really helpful .thanks guys,never thought id say it but i couldnt wait to do washing lol
They service most of australia and within 24/48 hrs if needed. Sydney they also have saturday delivery for $40 but weekedays most suburbs are free.highly recommend ,such an easy fast transaction

I have used Appliances Online to buy our fridge, washing machine and microwave, and they have consistently been able to beat the prices of other suppliers for the brands I have wanted. They even deliver, offer extended warranty, install, and remove the old appliance. I can recommend.

We purchased a range hood from Appliances Online - we were impressed with their range and definitely their prices. We received a call to tell us it was not in stock and they could not get it for quite some time which was disappointing but they did offer us another more expensive model for the same price, as well as a free flu kit. We were overwhelmed with their gesture and have since been recommending them to anyone who is requiring electrical appliances!

I recently needed a new fridge and googled brands etc until I narrowed down what I was looking for. Having this information in hand I searched for prices online.I stumbled across Appliances Online and was very happy with the competitive price they offered. To add to my pleasure they delivered the fridge to the Central Coast the next day, installed it for me and then took away my old fridge all for free!!! Highly recommended

Such an easy place to shop & good service. I have now bought 7 appliances through these people in two different states - perth and melbourne. In both places I have called & talked to people on the phone (who actually seem to know the appliances inside out!), I have done a price match with them & have asked lots of curly questions.
Their service is fast, and the goods always come on the day you select (which is awesome when you're rennovating!!). It is cheaper than the local 'big guns' too.
The delivery men have always been prompt and courteous & they also take away your old appliance! Bonus!
Will be using them every time in the future. :)

I bought a washing machine a few years ago from Appliances Online and just recently a television. The prices are good, and the service is better.

For my new tv there was another mob with a comparable price but Appliances Online had one advantage - they take away old appliances. Very handy with heavy items such as washing machines and my dinosaur massive cathode ray tube telly that I couldn't even drag out to hard rubbish.

They also installed my new washing machine, very helpful. The delivery guys are gruff and don't talk much, but they get the job done.

Delivery is very quick - often the next day for metropolitan areas.

The website is pretty good, easy to navigate with plenty of product information. And it's great to be able to check the projected delivery day before you buy.

Highly recommended.

This company is great! If you ever need whitegoods, ovens, etc check them out first. We recently bought a washing machine from there, and I looked around at prices, but there's was the best! We've bought a few things off them, food processor, tv, dvd player, freezer.

This wonderful company offers customers not only great whitegoods adn small appliances but delivers free and even takes the old appliance away. A great way to get rid of unwanted goods that no longer work. My husband had just had major surgery and my washing machine gave up the ghost. I needed a new one urgently, before hubby was discharged from hospital. This firm will install washing machines if the old one is already disconnected. Well, no hope of me managing that! So I explained my situation on the phone and hey, these lovely business people were happy to help out. I recommend this company to all my friends and now to you on WOM. Whenever I need to buy any appliance I first check with Appliances Online. Happy to say products from them are filling my home. Wonderful wonderful business people. The old-fashioned service your grandma reminisces about!

Everything went so smooothly and efficiently from my email query prior to purchase, through to the phone call received to advise us of delivery time on the appointed day and then the truck arriving on time. The driver and helper were efficient - delivery and removal of our dead appliance was achieved very speedily.

I would definitely recommend this business and happily buy from them again.

I liken this place to WOMO or Airbnb: something everyone should know about! Granted I have only used them twice (needed a new fridge and a new washing machine) but I have been greatly impressed both times. After doing research for the best prices around, they beat the rest of the competition. Delivery is free, (and I live in an outer suburb) an added bonus. They delivered on time even giving me a ring before they were due to come out. All in all, a fantastic way to purchase new appliances.
