I've been with aquafit for 19yrs and we only use pool. But they have had a lot of ndis people using the pool which is fine but instead of giving them certain days to use the whole pool they squash them in with other people using pool. On the 4th May one of the members swam up where the ndis was and was asked to swim in lap pool. This lady could not speak English well and was getting yelled at by the mother of one of girls. I recorded what was happening and told mother to calm down but was verbally abused too. General manager was hostile and rude not wanting to hear my side of story. Asked for refund and woman who does this was also rude and hostile. It's a shame the standard has dropped for members.

Equipment broken months on end with signs taped saying they will be repaired soon. Weird smells come from studio possibly due to lack of ventilation. Pool heating has broken several times since I joined. Staff added stress to a family emergency by being completely robotic with cancellations process. I am willing to pay the contract out but they refuse to cancel my contract. Worst gym experience of my life.

Farout!!!! What an amazing gym.. Truely blown away... I have been paying so much at other gyms and have never been offered the support and so many different classes Aqua fit offers. Every one is so lovely and my only bad feeling I have is not joining soon. . Been going to the gym for 15years and nothing comes close to this gym.. I am so happy !!! And I am just your average mum of 2..

Best big gym facility in the area without a doubt. Lots of group fitness classes and heaps of equipment. The only one with a pool and aquaerobics too.

I Love this gym. Its got great equipment, weights, 2 studios with all the classes; plus a POOL! And they have great value packages. I've been a member for a 2 years now, and I enjoy going there - which is more than I can say for gyms I've paid to be a member of in the past.

The Gym is clean, friendly and fun. Staff are helpful but not intrusive. They have the cleanest pool I have ever seen. There are reasons for it to lose marks though. It can be too busy, and classes maybe less personal then other gyms. Though overall, it is a good gym.

Very nice looking gym and facilities. Plenty of machines, although in peak times it is definitely a struggle. All equipment is well looked after. The pools are quite nice. Be warned the pools are sometimes a little on the cold side and can get a little busy at times. You may struggle to find a space of your own without getting affected by someone elses current from their swimming/walking. The facilities are clean.. the cleaner is very thorough.. always walking around looking for a slight smudge to clean. A little too expensive though.

Joined up before Aquafit opened and was very happy with it for 3-4 years. It started out with a comfortable atmosphere, but sadly grew too big. Not enough parking, had to get there too early to get into a class, had to wait for machines, etc. Some instructors (not all) had attitude. Left and went to Contours which is more personal and you don't have to be "trendy" to get attention.
