Jim and the boys from Arbor climb did a fantastic job removing what was a very large and difficult gum tree . He answere our call for a quote straight away ( others did not even bother to turn up) We had such a good feeling with him , that we then did not even bother to wait for other quotes but we think it was a reasonable price for the work he did . What an amazing job Jim and his team did today for us. What true professionals from coming out to quote on the job, removing the trees to leaving our property in a clean and tidy way. We watched the boys work and were so impressed with their skills, this is definitely a business that knows what they are doing. They were knowledgeable, friendly and hard workers. Arborclimb did a great job to remove a problem tree that was overhanging our property boundary and trim/shape around 60-70m of hedges that had been allowed to grow wild. Despite not being able to work due to a broken finger, Jim regularly checked in on the work during the day and his team were very professional and courteous. Full clean up at the end of the day and great communication throughout. Would definitely use them again.

Jim was recommended by a colleague to remove a Queen Palm from our front yard, he in the team did a great job. To be honest I'm not sure whether his pricing was competitive as we didn't check other quotes; Jim was the first to attend and we were so impressed with his process and efficient service that we were happy to proceed with what sounded like a reasonable quote.

The crew turned up on time and removed the offending tree without any fuss and did a thorough job of cleaning up after themselves.

The palm was at the base of a raised veggie garden so a pretty delicate operation but not one leaf was damaged on our delicious herbs that now have a lot more sunlight!
