I have had these guys come to our house a couple of times. Even out of normal business hours they were prompt, explained I would be charged extra. Great communications and great service.
We have had to call out Archer Locksmiths twice recently. The first time was for a problem with our back door and the second time because the lock on our front security door wouldn't work. On both occasions the trades people came out promptly. They were courteous and helpful and in both cases fixed the problems quickly and efficiently.
The cost was reasonable and we would certainly use this firm again if necessary.

Quick to show up, very friendly, pricing is very reasonable. They were very caring to my situation as my deadlock no long aligned with my key. They fixed it in seconds and the charge was minimal. I have used them a few times and each experience has been better than good.
