I was absolutely horrified when I saw my hair breaking off at the root in handfuls and part if the way down the length. I had the management colour my hair blond. I made it very clear not to use a peroxide but instead a colour without peroxide in it. I even selected the tint I wanted. I explained that my can not handle peroxide. I trusted that they knew what they were doing. I noticed that as the colour was developing it was getting very hot on my scalp. I told them and they said that was normal. Eventually I said, take it off my head is burning. They assured me everything is ok. They then had to leave and I lived minutes away. I was to come back shortly. I noticed my hair was falling out my house in handfuls. I kept the hair to show them. By this stage I was in tears. My hair was very long past the middle of my back now it's become short and thin. My once thick long hair was gone. They said they would give me a free treatment in a few weeks time. This was not good enough. I don't recommend anyone doing there. Also leaving halfway through my colour and cut is totally unprofessional.

A real talented beautician and hair stylist. She made the kids look so good for the fashion show. She did an amazing work for the kids in a very short time. Great job Laxmi.
