Take your car in for a steering rack and you may get a call to say they now find they don't have one in stock...but will still charge the quoted price for fixing yours and replacing a steering rod. They expected us to find a replacement rack, isn't that their job? Not too impressed and probably won't go back there but atleast the car is fixed.
