This is a great family style restaurant with a wide selection of lovely food including bugs and the best steak on the coast. Big servings - always some left to take in a doggie bag! We have been going here for 20 years and it is one of our favourite places to eat. They have a great wine selection too at very reasonable prices AND free garlic bread! Where else do you get anything for free? The décor is a bit dated, but we still love it!

we do most of our work and family functions here as the restaurant is huge and can cater for a lot of people. service is fast and the staff are friendly. The bar is always fully stocked and they are child friendly with plenty of highchairs, loads of parking and convenient location.

Ashmore steak and seafood is one of those places that you simply cannot afford to drive past. There are very few places around like these guys anymore.

The restaurant is quite big, and to be honest could do with a facelift. It's not somewhere you really need to dress up for, although that doesn't mean you rock up in a singlet and thongs...

it's family friendly and they have a great range of options on the menu.

Even the kids menu items would be enough to feed an average adult so to be aware, when you come to this place you will more than likely leave with a doggy bag with half your meal :)

My favourite is the t-bone steak, I usually struggle to finish it, but what a great game it is to try!

One piece of advice before going to this place, starve yourself for a good half day before going there, because you will definitely enjoy the experience much better!

We had been going there for years. Food is always good and the potions are huge. All meals are accompanied with salad and chips. And if you have any food left over you can take that home in a container that they provide.
Last time we went we took or son and his girlfriend. Her and I shared the Oysters which were delicious. I had the Salmon salad she had the scallop mornay which was full of scallops but also too much sauce. Both the guys had steaks.
There is a wide selection to choose from and a good bar as well.
We were all to full to have desserts, as they really fill you up with garlic bread as well.
The only downside is that the waiting staff could be a bit more friendly and a little more concerned about the customers. Bar staff are lovely though and always seem to remember us which is nice.

Huge restaurant where most nights you dont need to book. HUGE meals with as much FREE garlic bread as you like. My favourite meal is steak dianne which is 3 fillet mignons with loads of delicious dianne sauce, chips and bowl of salad. My husband loves the t-bone. Decor hasnt been updated in years but if you are looking for great value for money with big delicious meals you have to try this place!

Massive, Massive meals!! Reasonable prices - especially for what you get. You're doing extremely well if you can finish everything on your plate. Great range of seafood and streak to choose from as well as pasta dishes. The place looks great, it is really large if you want lots of space. Big glass windows and you can view some of the fresh seafood at the front.

This place is awesome. The restaurant is huge and the decor is a bit of a laugh there are internal plants that seem to have taken over but it adds to the charm. The servings of super delicious food are huge and you will definitely require a doggy bag. The steaks are always cooked to perfection and my favorite meal here is a baramundi mornay creamy fishy goodness on a plate. You will not be disappointed by this place one bit.

Ashmore steak and seafood is great value, you can view all the fresh food on offer in a cabinet, and the meals are large portions, you need a doggy bag to take home. All the staff are extremely organised taking the order, and it doesn't take long to receive your meal. The decor is old hat but still worth the dining experience. Great for large groups.
