Had a torsion spring on the garage door fail late at night and on short notice Sam confirmed that he would be out the next morning to replace the springs etc. The repair and general service was done within the hour and couldn’t be happier with the result and service provided. Sam is fantastic, just a really nice guy, and hard working and honest. He has cheerfully repaired my garage door three times over the last eight years (its really old!) and has never been pushy and tried to sell me a new door instead. He has the best communication of any tradie ever constantly letting me know his ETA and apologies for delays. Wouldn't use anyone else for our garage door. Highly recommended.
