We recently engaged Chris from Aspen Air to provide advice on a suitable heating product to replace our broken gas log fire.

Chris was very approachable and professional in his visit to our home, and left us comfortable with his suggested solution. After our accepting the quote for supply and installation of split system air conditioning, upgrade of our old fuse box to current regulations, and removal of the gas log fire, the Aspen Air team leapt into action.

While there were some unforeseen issues, these were rectified to our satisfaction, and the new system was installed within two weeks.

We couldn't be happier with the professional manner of all involved, from the initial visit, to the urgent repair of an aging connection to the mains power on the street, and the high quality installation. We have now been using the air conditioning for two weeks and it is has exceeded our expectations.

Chris was very helpful and polite put in a new ducted heating system on 31st of March 2023 but one thing they turned off the gas when they put in the new system and that must’ve made my hot water system go out and they didn’t relight it for me probably didn’t realise or forgot so I was a bit disappointed on that as not to have any hot water the next day and also made a bit of a mess in my bathroom bath and didn’t clean it up the rest of Christmas time soon very nice and polite turned up at 8 o’clock in the morning I left about 3:30 pm but Chris had to come back at about 4:30 pm with a part for the central heating but I must say they were very prompt getting in my new system which I was very happy about that as I had heating for the weekend which was great because it turned quite cold so thank you Chris and the team for all your work The quote was a bit expensive but they were cheaper than two other places that it had a look at my central heating all in more did a good job

Totally professional, yet friendly. We had two previous quotations - one who did it on the phone without even inspecting. Another was ok. But when Chris came, he explained clearly what we needed, and gave us MUCH MORE than in previous quotes for a slightly better price. Including a MAGIQ touch control. 18 months down the track the MAGIQ touch control stopped working - Sharon organised Chris to come the same day - AND WOULD YOU BELIEVE SOME CREATURE HAD BROKEN THE WIRE UNDERNEATH THE HOUSE! Chris went underneath the house and fixed it. And charged a very very fair price. Honestly could not recommend them enough. Thank you.

Great friendly staff. Sharon was excellent arranging quote and Chris came out next day to do it. After accepting quote the gas heating system was installed just over 10 days later. The two young men who arrived to do the work were very well mannered and pleasant. They worked safely, quickly and without mess removing all evidence of the old system. The control unit operation was explained to me in easy language. These young men are a credit to their employer, themselves and their families. Great experience from start to finish and would highly recommend Aspenair Air.

This is the second time we have engaged Aspen Air . It was to remove a gas central heating system and install a ceiling mounted electricity powered heating/cooling system with 14 outlets. Aspen Air's staff were first rate . Their work was excellent , very professional , timely and friendly to boot. All stages of the installation were excellent-fitting , piping, electrical. Would recommend them readily to anyone seeking a great system and installation.

Such a great company and people to deal with. We wanted to replace our evap cooling and heating unit on our newly built home. From the delightful office Manager, Sharon to the brilliant Darrell the installer and the fabulous electrician, Ash, this would be one of the nicest and most professional companies I have ever dealt with. The work was done expertly with ALL old materials and packaging removed. My new Daikin 6kw is a joy. Very quiet and efficient. In the whole experience everything was brilliantly taken care of.

I had an older ducted evaporative cooling and gas heating replaced with a Daikin reverse cycle ducted system. The system works perfectly and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had Aspen Air come out to check our ducted heating. Unfortunately it was an old system that needed to be replaced. A few days later we had a new unit and couldn’t be happier with the result. Throughout the process they were professional, honest & delivered quality workmanship. Chris the manager was great to deal with and we’ll definitely use Aspen Air again.
