Initially contacted due to concern that one of our trees was diseased. Responded to the enquiry in a timely manner, came out and inspected and then we asked for a quote to prune all three trees and the work was done very soon after the quote. Knowledgeable, great job on all 3 trees, polite and friendly, good clean up after the work was done. Have already recommended them to a friend.

Russell called by to quote on our job, but was busy for the next month or so. We took this as positive sign, suggesting that his services were in demand. He finally arranged a day, and came with two others to prune our trees, and clear away the cuttings over a morning. They were relaxed and easy to deal with, and clearly knew what they were doing.

With so many 'fly by night' operators in this business it is great to find one that is trustworthy, careful and friendly. I have used Assured on several occasions now and they are excellent!

Professional and very hardworking - did a great job removing a number of large trees. Gave me good advice regarding the council permit which saved me money. Competitively priced.

Three male persons came to attend to the very overgrown and wild garden I rejoice in. They were on time, agreeable and competent. They checked with me before proceeding with any given plant, and gave sensible recommendations for each. They did what was agreed, and did it well. They mulched and removed as required. They have greatly increased light without compromising privacy.

Just like to thank Troy and Kyle from Assured Tree Care for doing a fantastic job at our new property recently! Not only were they prompt and on time, they understood exactly what we wanted and did it fast and efficiently, all the way to clean up. The poor guys even kept powering through the job even when it was pouring down with rain! Would definitely use them again!
