This is a great old school gym, very spacious, heaps of heavy duty machines, heaps of cardio machines, huge free weights area, never have to wait for a machine. Never too busy, even on weekends. Only downside is it on the top floor with no lift, but the stairs become part of the workout. Also, very reasonably priced.

I'd recommend this gym if you live close by. It is massive, located upstairs on top of a business or factory of some sort. There's a big room in the middle for aerobics if you're interested in that. The old and outdated equipment doesn't put me off. They all work so that's all I care about. The girl at the desk is really nice and friendly in a genuine way. I can tell by now that she's not just doing that to get more people to sign up - this isn't a Fitness First after all. Overall, I like this place but it's not my favorite gym.

A HUGE gym NOT being fully utilised. The gym equipment is very out of date and a complete waste of space. Parking is pretty good. I believe that this is a old-school gym with old weights and benches which is suited for big boys and an older crowd who grew up with this equipment.

Although this gym is not the most flashiest or high tech gyms around it has all quality equipment and a huge range of weight macjines. It is quite spacious and not overcrowded. It's not too hard to get a treadmill or cross trainer even in peak periods. The facilities are basic but clean. There are quite a few body builders who attend this gym but it is not a pretentious environment. The staff and clientele are pretty friendly and helpful when help is required.
