Atlantic DVD

Totally useless as an online store. They lie about stock availability and can't be bothered to respond to customer queries.

I ordered an in stock DVD and after one week used their web form to ask where it was. No response. I emailed. No response. After another day I said I would cancel if no response from them. No response.
So I cancelled the order online and via email (to make sure) and after another two days they finally acknowledged it!!!

Online retailers should NOT advertise stock that they do NOT have.
AND they should at least keep the customer informed.

These guys have a really great range of DVD's for hire, but they have a MASSIVE range of dvd's for sale!! You could easily spend a good few hours just browsing. They stock everything from box sets, TV series, New Releases, Old classics..etc. Some DVD's start from from $9.95. The only let down is when you walk in the store. It looks pretty bad. The carpet is all torn and stained, and just feels dirty. It's a real shame, if it wasn't for the appearance, I would say it's one of the best DVD stores I've come across.
