I always feel relaxed and refreshed after a class. I like that the practice of yoga hasn't been messed with to be gym style trendy. Class members are friendly and I feel part of a yoga community when I stay for the optional meal after evening class.

Very affordable and excellent quality. I used to go once a week at night, then switched to twice a week in the mornings, but I always look forward to going. The teachers are very experienced and my health has improved.

I've been to a lot of yoga classes, and Prema Yogi's classes are among the best. Yoga teachers can be inconsistent with their own practice, but practicing with Prema you get a real sense of his own journey into yoga asana.

I've taught at Atma Yoga, but it's been when I've attended Prema's classes as a student that I've gotten the most value.
