All the staff at this salon are really helpful and friendly and the services they provided are some of the best I have experienced here in Melbourne. The prices are very good for the attention to detail they give you. This was my second time to the salon and I will be going back again for sure!

I have found my new hairdresser!!!!! ATS is wonderful - Anthony greeted me like an old friend, and Whitney who cut and dried my hair is fabulous. I cannot believe the difference in my hair since I had this cut, these guys know their stuff. Whitney took a great deal of time to make sure she knew what I was after - and she delivered in spades - will definately be a regular.

Sensational! I usually trapse all over town to find the right salon, but those days are over. ATS is local to me & amazing! The customer service is seriously above & beyond, and a real credit to the management team. My first few visits were just for blow waves, for which I received lots of compliments from family & friends, & I've recently had my first cut & colour, again receiving loads of compliments. I see Julian & always walk out with a big smile on my face. They offer a very professional, friendly service, with attention to detail. I'll keep going back & have already recommended ATS to lots of people! Love it!

First time at the salon. Definitely one of my top 5 salon experiences ever, anywhere in the world! Sara cut my hair and I felt completely comfortable, she was really listening to me as I described what I was after. She's clearly very talented - I've had stylists twice her age who couldn't match her skill. The salon pays attention to the little details that make a difference - massage chairs as your hair is washed, an extensive drinks list, stylists who take the time to really teach you how to style your hair at home. And everyone had a smile on their face - great customer service. The one niggling comment I'd have is that I was told I could use a student discount, and if I liked their page on Facebook I could also get $5 off, but then when I went to pay I was told I could only use one or the other. I really think that if a special offer is advertised, and there isn't fine print saying offers may not be combined, the customer should be given the benefit of both. Anyway, overall, I'd highly recommend ATS to anyone :)

I can truly claim this is a 5 star salon. After moving to Brunswick in May from interstate, I have had sooooo many bad haircuts, from Cobury to Albert Park! Then, finally ATS Hair Salon! Sera has saved my hair! I cannot say how thrilled I am at the level of consultation and analysis of my hair and what was required. Felt really comfortable - staff were extremely friendly, great atmosphere, professional - even good coffee!! loved the hairwash/massage chairs!!
