The installers were very professional and very efficient in setting up the solar set-up.

A very helpful group. My installation team where fantastic ... very professional, fast and polite. They fitted in with timetable as I had to go to appointments and back to our farm. They did not connect the unit to my router but as I was away they did not have any passwords etc.. I have sort this and connected to data. The support on the phone are very helpful. I have yet to see that they have sorted my electricity supplier but I understand this is not in their hand.

In summary: I would genuinely recommend this group for installation. As for longer-term support _ I am yet to find out but if the response to date is any indication I am very hopeful they will provide it..

From Josh who spent time quoting and explaining the process to the installers all of which were friendly and on time, with great communication. The entire process, from the initial consultation to the final installation, was very quick and efficient.

Josh, the consultant, was very professional. He took the time to explain everything to me and my husband clearly and understandably, which was greatly appreciated.

The installation itself went smoothly, and the crew worked efficiently to get everything set up. However, we did encounter some minor issues with our power on the first day after the installation. Thankfully, these issues were promptly addressed and resolved, thanks to the quick response from the company's support team.

One suggestion I would have for the installers is to be mindful that not all clients are tech-savvy.

Overall experience was quite positive.

The quality and service from the company was 100 percent thankyou so much for a professional job
