Honestly, the best service I’ve ever experienced! The online booking and contract was so easy to complete. In fact, I had to reschedule my booking due to covid and the team were so accommodating for my new dates- they transferred the booking- with no problem or charge. The car I hired was brand new and in immaculate condition. Upon returning the car, the friendly staff stopped to have a chat and asked me if I needed a shuttle to the airport, but I had planned to get a taxi home. Annette offered to drive me home, which at first I politely declined… but, when the taxi left me waiting and time had ticked on, she offered again and dropped me right to my door. What an angel! I cannot believe my luck, finding a family run business who go the extra mile and recognise the importance of service, all at a competitive price! I will not hesitate if I find myself in need of a hire car again- and neither should you! This company cares about customers and will look after you. Thank you!

They offer a Great option to hire a car with roof racks. The Nissan X-trail was lovely to drive and pick-up and drop off at the airport was seamless. They are prompt in responding to emails and easy to deal with. We will be using Aussie Bargain Car Rentals again!

We used Aussie Bargain Car Rentals recently to hire a motorhome for a week-long trip.
The responses to our request for quotes was very quick and included all the necessary information. The booking process was very easy and Annette explained everything very clearly and was quick to send through confirmation.
While we didn’t need the transfers to the airport, it is a great service.
The cost was extremely reasonable and the vehicle was clean and in great shape. We had no troubles with the vehicle at all and Ken gave us a thorough and informative orientation to the vehicle which was greatly appreciated.
I would definitely use this company again and would like to thank Annette and Ken for making our holiday a memorable one.
