We were impressed from the very beginning - including coming to our home to discuss ideas & options right through to the actual work being carried out. The builders were great, communicated well & kept us informed all the way. We had shopped around but I am happy we chose this company.

Can't recommend them highly enough. Excellent planning - we took about 18 months to decide and no hassling in the meantime. The crew were lovely, totally self contained (they even brought their own microwave) the job was completed in the time they said it would be and everyone who has seen it so far comments on the quality finish. They aren't cheap. but we've seen other cheap jobs that look rough after a couple of years. You get what you pay for and this will look good for years to come. It's transformed a North facing boiling backyard into a great living space and added value to our home.

Aussie built a pergola, deck, including a deck around a hot tub and screens! Love and loved working with them. We had a tiny issue a year later (so small we were almost too embarrassed to tell them about it). They fixed it immediately with no questions asked. I apologised for bringing them out to fix such a small issue however they said that there is no such thing as a small issue and it should be perfect. Our experience has been nothing but wonderful all the way.

A big, big job, led by Ben at the site, that we regard as outstanding in every way. The team was punctual and cleaned the site up at the end of each day. The admin side of the job also functioned very smoothly. A well 'oiled' process that was very impressive.

The team at Aussie Outdoor Living have always been extremely helpful and professional. They designed a fantastic pergola and decking area, extending off our small, pre-existing alfresco area.

We were very excited to see how the build would progress, and watched it take place efficiently and quickly - they even managed to squeeze us in before the Christmas period, so that we could utilise our new outdoor space throughout the holiday season. All staff were friendly and polite, communication was excellent, and any concerns were dealt with immediately.

We decided to go with Aussie Outdoor Living because their pergolas didn't look like rough cheap carports. The look is so streamlined especially as there are no bolts visible and all ends are capped off beautifully. At first we thought we'd have to compromise a lot as it was a complicated area to fit out but Chris and Matt designed it to suit all our needs, we got everything we asked for! Their service has been absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. We would highly recommend Aussie Outdoor Living without any hesitation.

This is the second time that we have used Aussie Outdoor Living, the first was our pergola in 2014 and now our aluminium deck in February 2017. Once again, we were impressed with the friendly and professional service that Chris, Matt and the whole team provided.

From the quote to the final construction of our new aluminium deck, everything flowed quickly and efficiently. The tradesmen, Brad and Jarrod were prompt, friendly and left the area very clean upon completion.

Being new to Australia we didn't know where to find a decent company to completely redesign and rebuild our outdoor living area. Many firms were disinterested in our project and had an 'it's all too difficult' attitude. Chris from Aussie Outdoor Living was different. He was friendly and enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude about our Job from the onset and helped us with design ideas and tips. Unlike other companies, he also said he could supply and fit our new glass pool fence. Ben and Brad, the two carpenters who undertook most of the work were an absolute pleasure to have onsite for four weeks. They were good-natured and courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were perfectionists who took real pride in their work. The whole team at Aussie Outdoor Living from Chris the owner, to Matt the Construction Manager and the boys who do the actual building work were fantastic from start to finish. They're genuinely nice guys and I can't thank them enough for transforming my pool area. Chris promised me the wow factor and he delivered it. I thoroughly recommend this company.
