Reason for use: Austral Cleaning used for Bond Cleaning
Ease of booking : Booked over the phone with confirmation via email. Staff were very courteous over the phone - particular mention to Johnson.
Product as described: This is where things fell down a little and may have been to communication break down. One cleaner arrived instead of expected two. Despite this company dealt with the issue promptly and honoured original quote. Single cleaner stayed until job done.
Quality of work: Very impressed with job undertaken and fully expect bond refund. John was my cleaner and he was excellent. Polite, punctual and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Great service, easy to communicate with and was all booked via email. Cleaners arrived promptly on the day and did a great job of full bond cleaning and carpets at an affordable price. Would highly recommend.

For the quality of job done for a bond clean compared to a regular house clean, it was not value for money

Turned up for a 6 hour bond clean, inspected the property and agreed on price and time, took my money, but did not clean anything. After an hour I had a call from the company saying they needed me to pay another 10 hours because the kitchen was bigger than standard. I refused and they still charged me saying they had cleaned upstairs - they had not touched anything at all - not even a bathroom! Phoned to complain and they told me to send them an email but have not heard from them again! Do not touch this company!

I was quoted 8 hrs of labour for a bond clean. They were finished in 4 hours but charged us an additional 2 hours. This was due to 4 cleaners cleaning our house. It WAS NOT stated on our quote or the website that the labour hours are for each worker (4 hrs X 4 workers = 16 labour hours). They should be up front about this. NOT HAPPY! The only reason I'd give them 2 stars is because they did a good cleaning job.

My review is legit - BEWARE, DO NOT even Think of ringing this joint! Save your sanity and $$ money and precious time!
You want facts - heres some food for thought!
1) Once they get your payment and if theres any issues afterward with (eg: You need them to come back because first time they missed alot of things to clean), you’re like the dirty walls and cob webs they forgot to clean and left in your property , whilst they laugh all the way to the bank with your money.
2) Telephone is answered by a girl who simply says “Hello” - Yes, Its just a “Hello” you wonder what kind of outfit this is? is this even a business? Sadly -Yes, its a ridiculous one.
3) I admit I did not really research this business or reviews. I gave benefit of doubt - that was a stupid move, so lesson is: stupid does stupid gets stupid! Do your research and Honestly do. not bother with this company unless you like headaches, bad communication from them, chasing your tail, getting frustrated, wasting your precious time.
4) They double charged me - it took me several emails and phone calls to try reach someone who wanted to take accountability for their stuff up! Then they had the audacity to tell me, its going to take 5 business days for them to refund money they should not have taken from me in the first place.! I got the money back 6 business days later - no sorry email or anything. 5) Totally shonky, unprofessional, waste of space and the stress of it all was enormous. I was already going through personal issues and a move of house, and then having these whats-its take up my time was the last straw. I was tempted to ask my hitman to go do some serious damage if they kept this act up and do not return my funds.

Unprofessional -SCAM - BE AWARE!!!! My home was left unlocked after their attempt at cleaning, damaged 2 bathroom sinks had to get a plumber out to remove the retractable plugs, damaged a kitchen matt with oven grease stains. They were hired to do a 3hrs spring clean extras inc oven and window tracks. They turned up 50mins late- After saying they would be stuck in traffic for 15-20mins, They did not do anything they said they would on the website. ECO Friendly -nope asked what products the cleaner couldn't understand me just said yes chemicals... No dusting, no vacuuming , spot mopped with a dirty mop leaving my floors more dirty then before they started, the bathroom showers are still dirty, both sinks are scratched and unusable due to the fact they jammed the retractable plugs into the sink so had to have a plumber remove them, skirts were not even touched, my kitchen bench has more dirt on it then when I left from them wiping with dirty cloths, the whole house needs to be professionally cleaned from what this cleaning service has left me with. I called to complain and ASK WHY MY HOUSE WAS LEFT UNLOCKED kept getting I'll speak to the supervisor and get back to you could you email pictures. I emailed again.They would not answer my calls so I turned my phone on private finally they answered and I was told they would email me in half hour, they could have someone come and have a look at the house. I Finally got a email saying yes the cleaner left the door unlocked and called me, which is true he did call and I RETURNED the call which he did not answer. So I call the customer care team. After days of back and forth emails they finally send me a invoice which is for the in correct time and price. I paid $122 cash not $74 I feel that I am not been unreasonable asking for a refund as this clean has cost me more then the clean itself in damages and I STILL HAVE A UNCLEAN HOME and DAMAGED BELONGINGS
