Australian Climate Systems

I have been using Australian Climate Systems for over 20 years for both heating and cooling requirements at my home. Always prompt in servicing my units and when my cooling system decided to die they were again quick to check it out. The option to fix or replace was offered in which I elected to replace. Being scorching weather they were there within days and fitted new unit within 2 hours! Happy days! Highly recommended!

We were very happy with the excellent service - from the time of enquiry, quote and the completed installation of a split system ac. All of the team were polite and efficient with the installation, with attention to detail (including cleaning up after the job).

They provide a high standard of professionalism starting from our initial phone call arranging a quote to the installation of the split systems & decommissioning of the gas ducted heater.

Daniel is extremely helpful which ensures that he not only provided a thorough quote, but also an explanation of the VEEC rebate process (which is very easy).

The installation team are very professional, hard working and very team oriented, which enabled the job to be completed on schedule.

They were very polite and friendly to interact with and the clean up of work areas was fantastic.

Vanessa, Jessica and Kylie who work in the office are also very friendly, efficient and professional to deal with.

We were confused as to how we could replace our old underfloor gas ducted heating along with the old evaporative AC system. I called Australian Climate Systems and Daniel first spoke to me on the phone giving some good suggestions, he then attended our house and spent time going through our requirements and expectations. The quote he put together certainly met our hopes.
Brendan and his installation team were outstanding, arriving at time allocated, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves and answered any of our questions.

We recently enquired with Australian Climate Systems in Chirnside Park about supply and installation of a reverse cycle split system. The process from our initial phone call to completion was seamless. They were able to assist with information on the best unit to suit our requirements and the VEEC Government Rebate we were entitled to. The installation crew were on time and installation completed promptly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Australian Climate Systems.

I received a courtesy call from Tom on installation day to say he was on his way. Tom’s attention to detail was evident and he installed the outside unit on wall brackets in the best possible way even spray painting the drain line pipe to match the down pipe and capping.
Jack the electrician was soon on the job and he completed all the electrical work quickly and efficiently explaining to me the new switch on the meter box.
I was very satisfied with the first class workmanship on the day and have had no hesitation in recommending the company to my neighbours.

Australian Climate Systems have been great to deal with for our rental properties' gas heating replacement. Not only did they notify us of a government rebate we would be eligible for, they also were able to turn around a quote, onsite visit and book in the work within one week - much faster than any other company we have dealt with including our now previous provider. Daniel was an absolute delight to deal with, clearly someone that embodies old-fashioned, good customer service! Would highly recommend.

I’ve used ACS to install a Brivis Evaporative cooler. I found their service was excellent and the whole team from sales, admin and installer were friendly and easy to communicate with. Any queries were promptly answered and paper work was always up to date. Their price is also reasonable and I have no hesitation to recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an air conditioning service provider.

I had ACS replace a heater about 9 months ago and just today an aircon unit. In both cases they were very professional and friendly, cleaning up after themselves and making sure everything was working as it should before they left. I recommend ACS to anyone looking to install, replace or service heating and cooling systems.

Outstanding service I rang Monday for problem with my ducted heating, was booked in for wednesday,
8am wednesday morning Jonathan confirmed he would be on time arrived at 10.
Introduced himself, lovely man, I'm very happy with the service.

I want to thank you as well as share my experience as a client of your business, Australian Climate Systems.
I have recently had a brand new Brivis ducted heating system installed, the old one removed, and also had my reverse cycle airconditioning serviced and regassed.
From the beginning, the service I experienced was excellent. Daniel who provided the quote was very knowledgeable and amiable. He worked with me, listened to what my concerns were and what I would ultimately like to achieve, and then worked out the quote explaining the whole process step by step. This was in stark contrast to other quotes I had ( which incidentally were higher). He also set up an appointment with a service consultant for the reverse air to make sure that what he was quoting would be accurate – who was also fantastic to deal with and took the time to explain what was going on and what my best options were.
When the work was to be carried out, your office team kept in contact with me and explained the process step by step to let me know what to expect. NOTHING was too much trouble.
However, the icing on the cake was the two installers that were sent, Tim and Brendon. They were nothing short of amazing and to my mind epitomised everything that I would expect in exemplary customer service.
The two of them arrived exactly on time at 8 AM and worked through to 6.30 PM, almost nonstop, with only a couple of short breaks (And it was a Friday too!). They consulted with me when needed, talked through options, recut a hole that was in the wrong place, and were just generally good-natured and hardworking, despite discovering an unexpected water leak that meant they were crawling around in mud. They did everything that was listed, including rearranging the shelving on the linen cupboard where the return was going and made sure it was all neatly done. Then they cleaned everything up!
Needless to say, I am thrilled. The heater is perfect and I have already recommended you to a few people who I know are going to use your services. Why wouldn’t they, I certainly would and will no longer go anywhere else for my heating and cooling needs in the future!

another organisation said must be replaced. Really nice staff on the desk and doing the service. Saved me thousands for $ 375!

A Six Star Heater with Six Star Service

I recently experienced excellent service from Australian Climate Services. Arriving unannounced at their Chirnside Park headquarters, I explained my requirements for a replacement ducted heater unit. Various options were suggested, a six star Brevis unit was recommended and a price for the unit and installation settled. The unit was ordered, installed and working within a week. Every aspect of the selection, ordering, installation and payment process went like clockwork. The installation team were employed by ACS and not outsourced. The entire process was expertly overseen by the incomparable Kylie - stress free, transparent and on-time.

We are now experiencing six star heating resulting from six star service.
