Our original Brivis Contour Evaporative Cooler was installed when we built the house 20 years ago. We started having a few maintenance issues. After contacting Daniel at Australian Climate Systems we decide to replace our old unit. Daniel came on site and we discussed our requirements which included an extra outlet and replacement of the old outlets, which were looking their age. Daniel was very helpful and came back with a very competitive quotation which was accepted. Within a week the new L56 unit was installed by Anthony and James who did a great job, were very courteous, efficient and cleaned up after the job was completed. The operation of the Network Controller was explained. An excellent job from start to finish, thank you all.

We needed to replace two evaporative air conditioners and rang ACS. From the moment Jason came to our house we were very impressed & the quote was well presented & detailed. The guys doing the installation were prompt & efficient - even coming back to spend over an hour with us helping to install the MyCimate app on my phone. Australian Climate Systems have just installed 2 reverse cycle units into my home. I have been impressed from the first contact, the office staff to the tradesmen installing the units. The units were installed on the day as quoted with no fuss. Nobody left till the site was clean and operations demonstrated. I'm very happy And would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Climate control came to my house and went through what i wanted.
The sales rep was on the ball and was honest about what was needed.
Had an old evaporated cooler he suggested that we change the ducts to accommodate new unit .
As the old ducts were too small they were 25 years old .
I knew this before hand .
The new unit and new ducts is unreal cool fresh air and quiet.
Also i needed two splits put in also .
Daikin cora no 1 units quiet .
Tradies came and installed the whole lot in one day .
The job was big all work was of good work man ship.

My 35+ year old heater decided to finally die this winter so I reached out to ACS for advice on replacement options. Daniel was so friendly and informative, explaining the best options for my home. Being without heat, he bent over backwards to ensure our job was carried out as soon as possible to minimize us being cold. Our installer, Eddie, was so considerate of our home, doing his absolute best to minimize disruption, cleaning up any unavoidable messes and explaining each process of the installation as he went along. We had an existing Brivis central heating unit which was about 21yrs old and a recent service suggested we update soon as it could go any day. We obtained 2 quotes one of which was from Australian Climate System. Their quote was slightly higher but they matched the other offer and also said that they would offer a $100 money back deal.
The consultant Daniel Brooks was excellent. He had good product knowledge and was very thorough in discussing what would happen. Anthony Burke who installed the system was excellent too, good and polite and also thorough with explaining the ins & outs of the new system. His work was excellent and he cleaned up after himself leaving not a speck of dirt or dust . We can highly recommend this company.

As promised, I am writing a good review for the business. I was very happy with how knowledgeable and helpful Dan was. The staff and installers were always on time, very mature and professional, they spent an entire day installing our system even though they were only scheduled for half a day installation due to our confined space in the roof (not their fault), but not a single word of complaint. Had a few other very minor hiccups, but Dan was very on the ball, everything were solved smoothly, and the answers were given to us before we even thought of the question. I think if it were someone else who did the job for us, we would've encountered a lot more other problems, I have to admit, it was a challenging job but Dan and his team carried it out to a very satisfying level of quality. The workers sweeped everything, took off their shoes when they entered the house even though we told them it was ok to keep them on, they even asked us if they could use our bathroom despite the bathroom being right in front of them. I'm very impressed. Highly recommend the business. Professional, helpful.
