I recently had my old Wall Furnace (unable to be repaired) replaced with new (Braemar) Wall Furnace installed by Australian Climate Systems. I heard about Australian Cimate systems from a friend who just had his ducted heating inspected and repaired by them. So I called Australian Climate Systems. Their Salesman (Dan) came within a week to inspect and give me a quote - very nice, professional and knowledgeable person. A week later the new heater was installed - in time for very cold winter. The installer (Jason, I think his name is) - a quiet person - did a good job and left the place clean & tidy afterwards. I am glad I called Australian Climate Systems for new heater and installation. I highly recommend Australian Climate Systems.

Recently contacted Australian Climate Systems regarding a faulty ducted heater in a newly purchased home. From sending out a technician to check it out and then ultimately installing a new heater unit, ACS were professional and easy to deal with through the whole process. Just had Australian Climate Systems install a Brivis 6 Star Ducted Gas Heater at my mother in laws house in Croydon. From organising the quote through to installation, the process was very efficient and professional.
The team even followed up with us after installation to check that everything was working well. Very impressed by the level of service and knowledge (they answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision).

The salesman was very thorough and didn't try to manipulate us into something we wouldn't need. Work was done to a very high standard and the only minor issue we had was fixed without issue within 7 days. Great quality split systems also- cool! (and hot when necessary!)

I had three quotes for ducted heating in the ceiling. The first person hardly looked at my place and told me there were no discounts ever when you buy heating in the summer so when Australian Climate Systems came out and spent 40 minutes going over my house and gave me a 4 star rated system for a 3 star rated price I went with them on the spot.
