Just purchased a new car from Mitsubishi dealer there and have to say that after purchasing several new cars in my lifetime gthis was by far the best experience yet...thumbs up

Have had mixed experiences with these guys, but mostly good, and we still get one of our cars serviced here. We have found, as a previous reviewer mentioned, that they can be a tad patronizing towards women, although this was only from one man who worked there. Since then, husband has dealt with all business and we've had no problems.

Very disappointing. Work not really required on vehicle carried out to boost sales. Treat women like idiots at times. Do not honour discount servicing for club membership. Filled in forms for their servicing rewards program - still waiting!!
Service levels need to substantially improve or I will be going elsewhere.

I have had to use the Mercedes Service part of this business on a couple of occasions and have been overwhelmed by the experienced and compitent members of the staff. Always very helpful and cheerful with nothing being too much for them.

Truly greatly experienced people with great knowledge of the brand of cars and vans they work on. Would not go anywhere else for my Mercedes Vito to be serviced
