I've found them to be extremely helpful. They have fixed minor problems on the spot for me, and were very happy to answer my questions about maintenance

I needed my lawn mower repaired. Technician was grumpy and not very friendly. They fixed the pull start problem but created a throttle problem. When I started mower it wouldn't stop. Didn't have that issue before I took it for repair. I called to see how this problem occurred and asked politely if they could fix it, they were defensive, rude over the phone. Which I wasn't expecting. To top it off, they cracked the red shell that sits on top of mower. But I won't be going there again.
