The help and assistance given to me by Robyn for my mothers funeral was excellent. Robyn's choice of Jenny Tolken as the celebrant was another excellent choice as Jenny put a tremendous effort into the eulogy for my mother. All our family and friends thought that it was a very good service, including our family in the Scotland who saw the service on a DVD copy of the service.
The best thing that my mother and I did together was to organise her pre paid funeral some 9 years ago. I would strongly recommend Australian Pensioner Funerals to anyone.

My experience with APF has always been a very positive one. I have had to deal with three family members dying in the last 7 years. APF handled all three funerals with professionalism, compassion, patience, empathy and efficiency. There were never any problems and everything went smoothly, together with the assistance of their celebrant, Trish Bainbridge who was excellent to deal with and very professional.

Thanks to the staff at A.P.F. they are compassionate, caring and helpful, we had to decide whether to go with what my friend had written in his funeral plan or to go with what he had verbally discussed all his life. It was a very confusing situation but with the assistance of A.P.F. they made our decision easier. They also helped make the funeral run smoothly, we did have a slight problem when it came to collecting the ashes, but again thanks to A.F.P. staff this was sorted out very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Mortuary attendants had a "no rush" attitude when collecting Pearl, which I appreciated.

Funeral and farewell all to plan. The only slight negative (probably due to our inattention) was that a couple of flower bouquets ordered by overseas relatives and left on the chapel steps, were taken with the casket before we could see them properly and acknowledge to the relatives. We weren't expecting them to go as well as the bouquet on the casket.

However, all in all, very happy.

The whole family was very happy with the loving concern shown to us and the sensitive service expressed by Kevin.

In this difficult first time, the assistance given was really supportive.

I would like to thank Australian Pensioner Funerals for the care and understanding they showed us when organising and conducting my father's funeral. They were most caring and took the time necessary to explain the procedures that were necessary.

Their choice of celebrant, Jenny Tacken, was excellent. After the funeral I was told by a number of people that it was one of the best funerals, if not the best funeral they had been to.

APF were also able to provide this service at what I thought was a very reasonable cost. I would gladly recommend APF to any of my friends and relations.
