Never again. Picked up a few items, walked to the front counter and waited to be served. Andrew (possibly the owner) came to serve me, we said hello, he was just about to put my order through and the phone rang. He answered the phone without saying a word to me and continued to discuss the needs of the caller for the next 5 minutes while he searched for the callers parts on the computer. Fed up with waiting I told the other guy behind counter it wasn't good enough and to tell "Andrew" he could put the items back on the shelf and that I was being served before the phone rang. Not an isolated case, they will answer the phone and make you wait while they serve the caller. Not good enough, I won't be back!

Went into this store to get a new brake light after almost getting rear ended. Explained what had just happened and they were happy to install the light for then and there with no fuss, really great staff.

I went to that place about few months ago because I was at friend place to fixing the car. Somehow the car parts we need like cv joint, they have in stock but not for sales i was please to them to buy because that day is sunday and we do not have time to wait for next day we need car .. they are care of us so great and well service and support.

Auto one has a great selection, cheap prices, the staff know what they are talking about. Thumbs up, definitely

used auto one several time for my old car. they really the best and very knowledgable. at a certain limit, he even adviced me to change my vehicle and told me that its not worthy spending on it. on his advice only i changed my car. those guys are really cool and nice.

When my car either breaks down or requires any maimtainence I always go to AUTO-ONE as the staff are very knowledgable and helpful and couteous, also the prices are cheaper than a lot of other car parts places
