The staff at Autobarn Sunbury are all so helpful and knowledgeable- I have been there several times and have been served by several team members and they have all been wonderful and take the time to help out, offer advice and even assist with installing windscreen wiper blades and batteries - great team and great service and special shoutout to Joe for once again helping me out and exceeding customer service expectations

Autobarn is my favourite place to go shopping as my hobby is fixing cars. My pleasant experiences with Sunbury Autobarn encourages me to go there again and again. Autobarn Sunbury is the best auto shop Ive evern been to! The staff is very friendly, and they make a big effort to get us what we need. The prices are really good and the shop has a big variety of products! I bought amplifiers for my car recently and Im very pleased with the whole experience!

I have been a customer of Sunbury AutoBarn Sunbury for over 10 years. The store is always clean, well presented, full of a variety of stock which is easy to find. The staff and service is fantastic, they are incredible helpful with their experience and knowledge. Their friendly, warm and personal approch to their customers is one of the many reasons i have been such a loyal long lasting customer. I always head to Autobarn Sunbury as they have always given me the best advice and service. Some places you go to think because you are a female they will snob you off but l recently went there for a reverse camera and l got the best service and they bent over backwards to help me get it fitted through my busy work schedule. I have been a customer of Autobarn for quite some time and find the male staff quite helpful and great at there service, as I had a problem with my toyota (all the brake lights were out) I went down there all I did was purchase the light bulbs and they replaced one on the spot at no extra cost, great business wouldn't go anywhere else

Having just visited Autobarn Sunbury (after 5 years avoiding it due to lack or respect from male workers towards female customers) I am, once again, extremely dissapointed and frustrated. Upon entering the store a male worker (who was in a loud conversation with another worker) swore terribly - whilst I held my 3 year old girl. When I was offered assistance I was met with a rude, disrepectful male worker who made it his priorty to make me feel incompetant....how dare I not know EVERYHTING about CARS!!! It was a nightmare of an experience just because I wanted car seat covers!
