We had an issue with door found during service to do with door springs
Michael immediately arranged with Kat to have new spring ordered in and because door had to stay open while waiting for delivery of spring they rushed order through and as soon as spring came in fitted us into schedule to repair door so as to minimise security issues
Kat rang and set up time and Michael turned up and got spring fitted
All this with two days
Michael again so professional at what he does

While the price quote from this company was reasonable the service was quite poor. After the first call to them, it took a couple of weeks to get someone out to measure up - despite initial assurances of a visit the next day.
On installation day the installer turned up 2hours and 40minutes late, after 4 calls to their office. No compensation was offered for my wasted time beyond an apology from the receptionist.
If you use this company then be prepared to chase them!

Good customer service keeps customers coming back.Bad customer service keeps customer away. This company doesn' t return calls, no one arrives when they make appointments, you can wait the whole day. We regretted going with them. Eleven months down to truck we still have not solved our problems. Pay bit more and go with trustworthy, reliable and faster company instead.

Only company to thoroughly explain everything, the sales person was extremely knowledgeable and could answer everything on the spot. Very Happy with the product and service! Highly recommended!!

I needed my garage door to be automated, looked up on the internet, found Automatic Remote Access and called them, they came in for a quote, gave me a good price and after a while I had a great rolling door, 2 remotes, a modern wireless fingerprint opener!, I love it!

ARA was recommended to me by a friend and as I needed 2 garage doors replaced with new motors, I called and I spoke to Ashleigh, she was great in booking Anthony to come and see me to discuss.
Anthony's service was second to non and his product knowledge was the best that I seen for a long time.

We had several companies out to automate our garage door, who mentioned additional work was going to be required, provided they job CAN be done, ARA came out 48 hours after the request and had the job done in an hour for cheaper then the retail pricing of the other companies! Extremely Happy!!
