Axis were super friendly for a start. The office were upfront about costs and booked us in straight away. The repair guy then saved us $600+ by steering us away from costly repairs on an outdated unit. Really thankful for this kind of honest service.

Anthony was absolutely fantastic not only is my oven now working like a charm he was a really lovely guy, he also looked at dish washer as well, giving the filter a clean, aligning the top shelf properly and giving me a new cutlery basket. All this on top of my oven repair, thanks Anthony, will definitely keep you on speed dial!

Axis repaired our oven - replacing the fan motor. Worked great while the tech was there, but now all it does is make an obnoxious noise every time it cycles on to maintain the temperature. Outside this, the tech communicated well, arrived on time and was courteous.

Anthony was in constant contact throughout the day to keep me advised of the arrival time. Once here, he was courteous and diagnosed the issue quickly. He worked rapidly and tested appliance thoroughly prior to departure checking that it worked properly. Will be sure to call Axis again if any appliance goes down in the future.

From initial phone call to fixing the problem and payment, the process was easy. Cathy tried to troubleshoot over the phone to make sure we hadn't missed anything and the Anthony turned up when he said he would and gave me a phone call to let me know he was on his way. He fixed the problem easy and I now have a working oven. I have Axis in my phone now as my go to people. Great experience and I highly recommend them.

Anthony arrived promptly (after calling to confirm eta). He has a warm friendly manner which puts you at ease. And although he advised getting Samsung specialist in he didn't even charge for the call out. Would definitely recommend!!

Axis understands customer service! Anthony phoned the morning of our scheduled appointment to confirm arrival time - and then actually arrived right on time. He repaired our dishwasher with a minimum of fuss and was happy to provide some basic maintenance tips , so I wouldn't be needing another repair visit any time soon! First time Anthony helped out with my oven this morning, but will be happy to return if/when needed. Good, trusty repairmen are not that easy to come by, but no issues at all here. Elderly Maytag washing machine started leaking water. Internet inquiry Sunday evening got phone call Monday morn and a quote of slightly less than $100 for inspection and 15-20 minutes work/quote with service Tuesday morning. A call at 09:30 Tuesday, and serviceman on site 10:00, An hour between cover off and cleanup after repair; the machine is now back happily in service. Pensioner discount provided after finishing. If only all service organizations were as good as this!

This was the second time we had used Anthony. Our washing machine wasn't draining. Service the same day as enquiry. Quick, clean and very reasonable rates. Good attitude and was great at explaining what needed to be done and costing of it. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

Anthony's wife was great we arranged a time & Anthony rang 10 min.before due time to let us he was on his way.He started working on the wall oven as soon as he arrived & explained what had to be done. Highly Recommend.
