Just had Anthony repair my dishwasher (and oven door which he noticed was not sitting flush). Friendly call back staff, accommodating with booking the day and time for the service call, Anthony phoned ahead to give me his estimated time of arrival, and was pleasant and helpful when arrived. Explained what was wrong with the dishwasher, fixed it and charged a reasonable service fee. Would recommend Axis Appliance Repair to anyone.

Anthony was great when booking with him, rearranging his day to accommodate. On the day, he called beforehand to let me know he'd be arriving soon, and did so promptly. He was friendly and professional, and when a fault came up on the dishwasher (he was there to fix my oven!), he offered to take a look at that too, and fixed it quickly. The oven took a bit more time to fix, and although it threw out his day, he was still cheerful to the end. Thank you so much Anthony, and I hope you got all you needed to do done! :)
