Lauren really knows hair care and good customer service. I love the results. And for the price, I am very happy with my makeover. Will definitely come back.

Amy gave me a full head of foils last Fri. She was very thorough and I would definitely go back. A lovely spot by the water too. It was a Groupon voucher and I was still treated as if I was a full paying customer.

True confession - I'm not fond of the inevitable salon trim / style update (maybe too many perms as an 80's teen?). Regardless I am too sensible to trust just anybody to cut my hair (let alone highlight etc). So now that I have set the context - my visit was perfect! Seriously - I will happily travel a few suburbs for follow up style cuts because both the salon experience & ongoing results (approx 3 weeks now) were pleasing / flattering / manageable & all round satisfying. The stylist understood my hair type, my style type & was comfortable providing her suggestions. Very good service & very good result. Only a glass of bubbly could top it!

Great customer service. Lots of care taken and the result was fantastic. It was my first time and I was very happy. Natasha took the time to listen to what I wanted which makes a huge difference. I've had bad experiences with hairdressers in the past so this put me at ease. I will definitely be booking another appointment.

Im am one of these that always means to write a review but never does. Having been in oz for 2 years and having many a bad experience of terrible hightlight jobs... I am so Happy to have found Lauren my highlights look mega so natural and fine I would recomend her to anyway and I hope this review helps others

Lauren does a great job of cutting and colouring my hair at a reasonable price - I travel from the Dandenong Ranges to get it done. The relaxed atmosphere in the salon suits me perfectly as does the great little cafe next door….after a meal from there I'm going to plan to have my hair done when I'm hungry! Excellent value for money all round and well worth the travel time!

The best blow dry i have ever had. For every party and function i need to go to i will be getting my hair styled there. I was so happy.
