I bought an Ergo Carrier from Babes in Arms and had a few issues with how to put baby in and out and they were extremely helpful. At the PBC expo in sydney they were helpful again in helping me to put baby in the ergo comfortably (as i was having trouble getting it right) and now I'm able to wear him for long periods without getting sore! Its fantastic! Thanks BIA!!!

I have ordered a few things from Babes in Arms. Postage is always fast and I have been very happy with the different slings I have ordered. They are always super helpful if you talk to them at the Baby and Toddler Shows. I can't wait to use my ergo carrier with my second child.

The Babes in Arms team are VERY helpful! They helped me over the phone wit some instructions because I couldn't get the sling to sit correctly.
