A while ago I had purchased a pram from here and when I returned to buy the double kit, they had none in stock. The lady offered to order it in for me, so I didn't have to drive up north to the other store to get it. She called 1.5 days later to advise it was already in for me.When I returned to buy it, she remembered me and went and got it from the back room without me even having to ask!

I purchased a faulty pram from this store and unfortunately the staff weren't not very forth coming with help or understanding in my frustration. Basically I had to jump up and down until I got some help. Even though it was a bit painful, they did come around eventually!!

Pretty helpful with lots available, all of the top brands and they knew what they were talking about which made me feel confident. they were quite busy so probably needed more staff on, they didnt have a couple of things that i was after so they did their best to try and order it in or tell me where i could get it from

The young lady that surved me was very caring and helpful, she knew what she was talking about and was good offering advice but also that it was all personal choice as i ve had other people telling me what to do and she told me to trust my instincts and do what feels right for me she really helped me alot.
