This store has a great selection of baby products and you can purchase everything you need for the new arrival. I found it really useful with shopping for a pram as the sales assistant allowed us to take the different models outside to wheel around the carpark so i could see how they were outside. Also when you purchase $500 of products you get a discount card which entitles you to 5% discount on all purchases. They also have some great specials on other expensive items like cots and when we purchased ours we received a mattress for free. Most of the staff are very knowledgeable about the products and can offer good advice without trying to convince you to buy the most expensive items.

Great range and a true one stop shop. Their prices however are generally more than elsewhere. The staff are very knowledgable however and willing to spend time with you to answer all questions. Very helpful when entering the parenting world.

Being a new parent I really didn't have much idea about what was involved. Walking in to buy a baby monitor at this store, I was hoping the staff would know the difference between the $200 models. As it was, they had no idea. When I asked what the differences were, they more or less read from the box (something I think I was more than capable of doing). It wasn't a small investment and I feel that the staff could be better trained such that they instill a sense of confidence from the customers.

not bad service... they are usually very competitive with their pricing. they have pretty much everything under one roof.

I always shop at Baby Bunting for my baby needs. We have bought all of our baby furniture here plus a whole range of other bits and pieces. The staff are very friendly and the range is truly amazing.
