Lovely place to shop, if you get the right staff member. I've interacted with a few and had a couple of lovely ladies serve and help me very thoroughly but I've also had a couple who didn't seem to want to help, weren't very 'smiley' or wouldn't move from the front counter. I've been ignored while standing at the front counter and someone was stacking shelves next to it, small things like that. Other wise, pretty good place to shop, just keep an eye out for the staff who look approachable and friendly

I was interested to read other peoples reviews of this store, as I have my own mixed opinion of this store in particular. I think it all depends on which staff member you interact with. I have had one particular staff member who was incredibly rude, and I told myself I would NEVER shop there again, yet went back there again to test out a pram when I was pregnant with my second. The lady in the store that time was so helpful, took so much time to help me out and explain all the features and benefits of the double pram and knew that I wasn't going to be purchasing that day.. Its always nice when a staff member knows your not going to buy and still gives you great service. I guess you've just got to go on the days when the good ones are working!!

the staff were fantastic offering demonstrations of how high chair and prams fold up etc.
Ended up spending way more than planned the items wear and tare are fab can now pass down to others as condition is still like new :)

We've bought several baby things for our kids from here. We bought a high chair and the lady who served us was wonderful, she demonstrated the whole thing and was quite happy to answer all our questions. They're quite expensive but it's quite hard to find cheap and quality baby equipment.

I went in to the store recently to look at double prams, a staff member was fast to come over and give me informations and a full demonstration of how the pram works and operates. The staff member was very knowledgable. Customer service excellent. Plenty of staff

Last time we looked for a pram for bubs and we went to this store. Got a Valco pram plus bassinet for a special price. Highly recommended for parents. Good place to buy baby prams.

Every time I visit this store, I am only in there for maybe 3 minutes before somebody asks if they can help me. They are very eager to order in things I want that they may not have. I am older, always asked if they can carry purchases out to my car if they are big or heavy. Always check if I have a store card. Overall, excellent.

Staff helpful and give good advice - not just trying to sell you something. Some of the clothes were on sale. Unfortunately this is the only time I would buy as they tend to be a bit expensive.

I have never bought anything from baby bunting that has let me down, what a wonderful store. The only problem is that I am running out of storage space for all the lovely clothes and toys!!
