95% of the staff at this baby bunting are amazing. The manager Tony tends to let them down a bit but thankfully the girls are great. The range at this store is great and they almost always have what you need in stock! We have spent a small fortune there, I do love that they keep your previous purchases on their system once you sign up for a card too, so if you lose a receipt you can still return etc.

We visited to look at strollers on recommendation from my sister-in-law. They had the widest range of strollers that we had seen in one place which made it easy to compare the different options. There was also plenty of space in the store to try them all out. Staff were slow to approach but turned out extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all the pros and cons of the different models and brands. It would have been better if each stroller had a fact sheet with all the basic information (size, weight, main features etc) then we could have accessed information easier and quicker and we'd have a reference to take away.

Prices are quite expensive, join the Baby Bunting club to earn a discount. If buying lots of stuff, make sure you ask for the best price and you may receive a discount.

When my baby was born,a friend recommended we go to baby bounting to get all of our baby needs,we went in and the customer service was amazing,although their prizes were a bit dearer but it is a good shop for baby needs.

This store looks great. Stock is expensive compared to other baby shops. Staff are not very willing to demonstrate products. Staff did not seem interested in conversation. Some members need to learn to smile too. * I went to another baby shop in sunshine and saved $94 and put in on lay-by for 10 weeks as I did not need it home then.

The prices are expensive compared to other baby shops unless they have a sale. The staff have great knowledge when you can get them. Weekends are too busy.

Really good people, i gt a Phil & Teds sports pram their on sale it was a limited edition and i only used it 2 times in 2weeks but the zips wouldn't go up or down and the foot brake needed to be put down with my hand so they took it back. I ended up purchasing a Phil & Teds dash which they described thoroughly this time as the foot brake is originally like that and it was just the zips that were sort of wrecked. But first time around they didn't explain thoroughly about the pram and most importantly the "foot brake" . But i love my dash so i ended up happy with that and also happy with my highchair which i got on clearance their was a display model and they always have heaps of specials too

Being a 1st time mum I found the service and advice offered was terrific. Was able to see use a lot of the items before I purchased. Staff we able to answer any questions that I had and were very friendly.

Baby Bunting has a great range of good quality products. The staff are very helpful and able to offer assistance with a good knowledge of the products they are selling. They are often very busy but you don't have to wait long to get help which is great. They have a membership system that gives you discounts and records all your purchases which is fantastic for people like me who always lose receipts.
