Another visit to Baby Bunting for a harness for a car seat for our little 3 year old visitor. The staff knew exactly what was needed so we left knowing that our grandchild will be safe while visiting us. The staff here have a very good appreciation of all the stock that is in the store and are very helpful.

This place is awesome to shop at particularly when you are preparing your home for your first baby.
They have a HUGE array of every type of product for babies and small children - I could not believe how many prams and car-seats this place had... and the staff members know everything about every product in the store!
I had no idea about what to do or buy for my first child, and the staff helped me with all of my huge amount of questions and gave me both professional advice (based on market trends and what other customers bought) and personal advice based their own experience / that of their family members. I cannot recommend highly enough that any first time parent shops here. Most prices are quite competitive and when they have catalogue sales sometimes you can score quite a bargain. Of course some items are cheaper from other large department stores or from eBay etc, but you will not get anywhere near the quality of service from anywhere else.
I know they are busiest on weekends and Thursday nights so it can be harder to find a staff member to talk to particularly if you want to spend a good half hour or so asking questions and shopping, so if at all possible you should try to go during a weekday to get the best service.

Massive variety of baby items but not enough staff to serve, especially on the weekends. I have had to wait for about 10-20 minutes of 4 different occasions to get help in regards to products because there has been so many people but not many staff.

The price match which is great because sometimes they are just that bit more expensive than other shops.

We have been customers of Baby Bunting for years - three car seats and all the accessories that go with kids and cars and safe driving. We also use them for our new baby purchases - Hugabub, wraps and the like.

I love coming here for our kid shopping- especially for car safety. We love that there are experts onsite to advise and ask questions (to compliment my own research) and even assist when needed.

They also have a Rewards Program, which when on a strict budget, is a godsend!

I was very impressed with the range of baby things in this store. I was looking for a harness to used for a pre school child in a booster seat. There were at least three brands that would be suitable. This was a larger selection than at another store I visited for this purchase. I made my choice and made the purchase but was not offered advice. However, to be fair I did not ask either.

I am happy with my purchase. There is easy parking and being in the suburbs easier for me to access rather than going to the city.

We purchased a SnS Meridian car seat from the store when we were down on holidays picking up a car. Staff were lovely and spent ages talking through all of the seat options for our baby. They were very thorough and helped us decided on the best seat for our needs. Store has a very spacious and easy to navigate layout.

Warm and friendly services and wonderful help for ideas. There is a whole lot of variety and plenty of stock. They have a memberships which offers discount too which is appealing.

I went into the store with something in my head and came out with a product that was better than i had expected and was overwhelmed with the great customer service there.

There is a good variety of products, ranging from nursery, clothing, nappies & toys. There are always lots of staff for help & advice & their prices in most products are the cheapest.
