This online business is absolutely pathetic!!!!
I placed an order for a piece of furniture. It said in stock when i purchased. I paid for the item and then received an email saying the item would be 3 weeks out of stock. After two weeks I emailed them and asked for an update and if it was going to come early or not. They told me that they said no, its still three weeks wait, in a very rude email reply, like I was stupid for asking for an update.

After waiting for over a month, I tried to call the office three times and no answer. I then emailed them, no answer...

I finally tried calling again and I got through and after giving information, they said it would be another 5 weeks. No apologies nothing. I demanded a refund and I am now waiting.....AGAIN

The service was terrible and the customer service assistance was rude.

I will NEVER use this site again. NEVER NEVER!

Simply amazing store. Got all the required baby products from here at very reasonable rates. Also the quality of the baby products that i bought is also excellent. There are some issue from the end of there customer support no. I didn't heard the voice of them first 2 time after that it was ok. Overall a very good experience of baby products shopping. Also when i called their customer care support team for my queries they are very friendly helped me without any kind of trouble.
