I tried this as a hen party thing it was hard but fun the instructor was nice and gives great encouragement and she's nice too so,fun,fitness and great staff over all 5/5

Had my very first class last week with Beth and it was so much fun!!! Pole is so much harder than what people think, i know i am going to be so fit by the end of this course!! Fantastic class, amazing teacher...highly recommended!
