This is a great sized store when you're a mum, however i find the pricing a bit over the top .... and some occasions I would be given a discount others not so just inconsistent.
Sometimes staff are great other times they can leave you hanging while they have a chat or look busy so bit of a mixed bag really

Great customer service never too busy! Great selection of products. Can be pricey but convenient

I was expecting my 5 th child and was in need of new pram and car seat. The products are one of the best price wise but I will never shop there again. The customer service I received from 1 member of staff was terrible she was ver rude and degrading when she spoke to me and I left the store in tears. I know not all staff here are like this but I will not return to the store again.

Baby Kingdom has everything you could need for your newborn, baby or toddler. The staff are knowledgeable and can recommend the best brands. There is clearance bins which have great bargains!

All experiences have been relatively good- staff however need more product training, especially on car seats. Such a disappointment when babies lives are in these peoples hands.

I shopped here for all my babys needs when I was preg with first child the products are great quality and will last their prices were also cheaper than anywhere else and they do price match which is also great massive variety of baby things could shop there for hours

I brought most of my stuff for my first child here. I had shopped around but the prices here were cheaper than anywhere else. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great experience worth a look.

Fantastic shop for all baby needs, have an 8 months old and the staff were great in assisting us with information on products and what else we needed for our baby.

A great range of products and much better priced than many other baby stores. We found it well worthwhile to visit, even though it is not in our local area.

Great variety here and great service as well. Staff members on hand and always very helpful when I've needed to ask questions. Still go here now because they usually have great deals on things like nappies etc.

This is the best place to find baby goods. If they dont have it ( which would be a suprise ) they will try to get it int for you...excellent pricing. Sales and discounts are always available, so grabbing a bargain is a must.

Nice range of maternity and baby items on sale. Most are reasonably priced - they seem to be much cheaper than many baby stores around. Particularly liked their cots and strollers, though some were way out of my price range

I suggested my girlfriend to her baby register here, if you do a register the people who buy from the register get 10% of & they also match other prices as long as it is the same item.

WHILE SHOPPING FOR MY DAUGHTER'S BABY SHOWER, WE WERE ABLE TO HAVE A REGISTRY SO OTHERS COULD SELECT GOODS SHE NEEDED. IT TURNED OUT TO BE FANTASTIC AND FROM $3000 WORTH SHE SELECTED SHE RECEIVED ALL BUT $500 WORTH

We are expecting our first child and after visiting several BIG BRAND baby shops found it over whelming the amount of products available.

Like all new parents you would like only the best for your child and safety was the highest priority to us.

We visited Baby Kingdom at Penrith and found that the service and knowledge of the staff was second to none. They took their time and answered countless (silly) questions from the new parents to be.

We have since brought 99% of our nursery items from this store and would gladly recommend them to any new expecting parents.

I also found they were one of the most reasonably priced baby shops.

WONDERFUL RANGE OF GOODS. VERY WELL PRESENTED AND CLEAN. PLENTY OF SPACE BETWEEN AISLES. STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE

I bough all my baby furniture and accessories here. The had the best price. They have a great range and lots of specials. The staff are friendly and take the time to help you. I saved a bundle on all my baby stuff. I love this store and drive there even though it is far because it is so good.
